Yeah, you know how in yesterday's post I said it was a rest day because of my pulled hammie? Well, I think I have some kind of addiction because I worked out anyway. I need help.
I figured P90X's Chest and Back would be okay. I skipped the Dive Bomber Push-ups. I told myself they might hurt my hamstring, but in reality it was because I really hate them. I also skipped the last set of Diamond Push-ups because my hamstring was starting to feel sore.
I really really need to rest and quit eating so much.
