Not a bad-ass

I was at the gym this morning thinking I was the shit because I raised the weight on the single hamstring curl machine from my normal 10 lb to 20 lb. While doing my set, I was watching a guy in the mirror doing chin-ups. I am always amazed by anyone who can do chin-ups and pull-ups. I then noticed a guy on the ground next to him doing super low push-ups. This guy was looking at his buddy. I followed his line of vision and saw his buddy was doing military push-ups. On his knuckles! On one foot! And then he started changing up his hand placements all smooth like while doing his push-ups. I had to stop my set and turn around so I could watch this guy! I was so impressed.

When I got home, I tried doing it. Nope, couldn't. I tried again this evening and damn near snapped my right wrist and got rug burn on my right knee. My wrist is still sore. I won't be trying those again any time soon.
