Yes, I know I weigh myself a lot. I can't help it. I'm obsessed. Although the numbers have been pretty funny lately. My body fat percentage from when I last posted kind of scared me. Even though I suspected it was wrong, what if it was right? So later that night, when Martin and I went to the movies I proceeded to eat a hot dog and popcorn with tons of butter. And then I got a chocolate milkshake from Mel's afterwards. It's kind of neat that my body fat percentage is low, but come on, now! That's a bit much. I'd like to have some of my boobs come back.
I weighed myself again a few days after that and the percentage was back up to around 18%. Thank you, milkshake.
However, I then proceeded to eat pretty crappy - Cheetos's, chocolate chip cookies, Whatchamacalits (God, I love these!), strawberry waffles, second helpings of enchiladas. I also slacked off on a lot of exercising. I've still been doing Insanity every day. But the double workouts have been few and far between lately. I don't know what's wrong with me, especially with Hawaii coming up.
And then, dun-da-da-dun! I hopped on the scale a moment ago and this is what I get. Haha. I must have the metabolism of a hyperactive kid.
